Free Initial Consultation
We begin with a free conversation to understand your needs and the timeframe for support. Together, we’ll define the scope of work and agree on the best way to deliver value to your business.
Service Acceptance
Before we start, we put a simple service agreement in place so expectations, deliverables, and timeframes are clear. Where sensitive information is involved, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can also be included to protect your business.
Internal Support
If the support is purely internal, we hit the ground running—getting straight to work on your requirements and providing you with regular updates so you’re always informed.
Acting on Behalf of Your Business
When direct engagement with your clients, suppliers, or stakeholders is needed, we can temporarily operate under your business identity. For example, you may provide us with a dedicated email account (e.g. shannon@your-company.com.au) so correspondence is sent directly from your server. Once our services are complete, access is securely closed off, keeping everything professional and protected.
