AdvisoGroup was founded with one clear purpose: to give small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) access to the kind of professional expertise usually reserved for larger organisations, without the cost burden of full-time salaries.
The idea for AdvisoGroup was born from the early experiences of our Founder and Director of EBMG, during the launch of RoadAid. Like many business owners, they quickly discovered the challenge of needing specialised support across human resources, marketing, safety, and business development, but not being able to justify or afford full-time specialists in each area. This highlighted a common issue for SMEs: business leaders wearing too many hats, often at the expense of growth and strategy.
